At Sweet + Savage, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must still be attached
• Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, or damage
• Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible
Any items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Sale or clearance items
• Accessories
• Items marked Final Sale
• Gift cards
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, we offer exchanges based on product availability.
To request an exchange, please contact us first so we can confirm availability of the replacement item.
Return Process
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at:
Include your:
• Order number
• Full name
• Reason for return or exchange
Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Late or Missing Returns
Items returned after the return window may not be accepted or refunded.
